♡ How long does it take for my order to ship? ♡
We ship out all orders within 2 business days with the exception of customized jewelry. Custom jewelry pieces take 5 business days to ship out.
♡ Do you ship internationally? ♡
Yes, we ship internationally! At checkout, you will be able to enter your address to see if we can deliver to you and how much shipping rates will be for your order.
♡ How much does shipping cost? ♡
Our standard shipping fee is $5.99 on all orders. Different shipping speeds and prices are available at checkout to choose from if you wish to opt for another carrier/shipping time.
For orders over $50 USD, shipping is FREE!
♡ How long does it take for my order to arrive? ♡
With processing and carrier shipment times, for US orders, it takes approximately 2-7 business days to recieve your order using our standard $5.99 shipping/free shipping for orders over $50.

♡ What payment methods do you accept? ♡
We accept all major credit and debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, etc), PayPal, Apple Pay, and offer installments through Shop Pay.
♡ How long does it take for my refund to be processed ♡

Gold filled jewelry is safe for everyday wear and contact with water. Keep your jewelry away from bleach, fragrances, lotions, and cosmetics to prolong the life of your gold filled pieces.
♡ Gold Plated + Silver Jewelry ♡
Our gold plated, rhodium, and sterling silver jewelry is tarnish resistant but avoid getting jewelry wet and keep it away from fragrances, lotions, and cosmetics. Store in a dry place and clean with jewelry cloth when needed.
♡ 30 Day Tarnish Guarantee ♡
Our jewelry is made to last. Our gold plated and filled jewelry is coated with an additional layer of anti-tarnish. If any piece tarnishes within 30 days of delivery, we will replace it — hassle free! Please note: non-tarnishing from normal wear past the 30 day period is not guaranteed. Please email us with any questions or concerns.
Jewelry Return Policy
Returns & Refunds
Returns & refunds on jewelry and accessories are accepted within 12 days of receipt subject to availability. The customer is responsible for shipping costs when handling a return. The item must be in the same condition it was when it left our warehouse. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method or in store credit that can be applied to any of our products at shopquecute.com, including jewelry and vintage. To request a return please email us at email@example.com and we will follow up within 24 business hours with return instructions. The customer is responsible for ensuring the package arrives to us.
Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Returns do not apply to jewelry purchased at in person pop-up and market events.
Broken Jewelry Policy
My item broke! Can I get a new one?
Our jewelry is meant to last and we want to deliver on that promise! Our broken jewelry policy is as follows:
Damaged Jewelry Policy
♡ If your jewelry arrives broken we will replace it at no cost.
♡ If your jewelry breaks from everyday, normal wear*, we will repair or replace the item at no cost. The normal wear replacement guarantee applies for a maximum of 6 weeks. After that, we charge an $8 shipping fee for repairs.
♡ For jewelry that breaks due to an accident or non-normal wear, we will fix at no cost but charge a shipping fee of $8 that includes a shipping label to send the item back to us and the shipping label to return the item back to you.
* Normal wear vs. accidental damage
Accidental damage like stepping on your jewelry or getting it stuck somewhere and ripping a charm off does not qualify for a replacement or complimentary shipping to repair the item. Only damage from normal wear (aka wearing your jewelry) is eligible for free replacement and repair. We reserve the right to make the final decision on what is deemed normal wear and accidental damage.

Our items are cleaned based on garment care label instructions. We have partnered with our local dry cleaning store to ensure items are properly cleaned and in the best condition before arriving at your doorstep!
♡ Restored ♡
We have also partnered with a local seamstress to give life to lightly damaged items to repair tears, undone hems, and holes. Repairs are disclosed and photographed in the product images and description.
♡ Pre-Loved Condition ♡
Due to the preloved nature of vintage clothing, items may show signs of wear and tear. We categorize item conditon by: excellent, good, fair, and poor. Item condition is disclosed in product description and through photographs.
♡ Product Condition Scale ♡
Excellent - virtually new or a deadstock item
Good - minor signs of wear, no tears, rips or stains
Fair - fair amount of wear, may have minor stains, fraying, etc.
Poor - item has very noticeable wear and may have more noticeable imperfections
